How to convince people?

This is the most important things that how convince others. This is the way you will be able to convince your point of view.

1. let the other person feel that the idea is his.  Sapose you are the boss of a company and planning for holiday trip for all employees. You like to go hills. If you place your proposal in the meeting that you like to go hill station and all employe should  go over there. Then every body will not happy. Some people will say that sea is better.

Instate of that if you manage your any  confidential  employe and ask him to put this proposal on the meeting. Tell him this is his idea to go any hill station. Then you will see 90%of people agree with you.
So the conclusion is people don't like or accept any leaders idea.
